The actual problem, named.
Distance turns small problems into expensive ones. A signature that needs attesting, a tax payment that needs making, a tenant who stops answering — each of these is routine in Hyderabad and near-impossible from Dubai, London or New Jersey.
The usual workaround is a relative holding a general power of attorney with no scope, no reporting and no accountability. It is the single most common source of family property disputes we are asked to unwind.
What we actually do about it.

Four things that are routine in Hyderabad and near-impossible from abroad. We handle all of them.
Remote handling
A named manager, calls scheduled to your time zone rather than ours, and a written instruction trail for everything actioned on your behalf. Nothing is done on a verbal request from a relative.
Documentation
Sale deeds, agreements, mutation and revenue records handled at this end, with originals held securely and scanned copies in your file. Consular attestation and apostille coordinated where a document has to be executed abroad.
Power of attorney
A specific, limited power of attorney prepared for the transaction at hand by the relevant legal professionals, executed before the Indian consulate and adjudicated in Telangana within the applicable period. Never an open-ended general POA — that instrument is a common source of the family disputes we are asked to help unwind.
Taxation and repatriation
TDS on sale under Section 195, lower-deduction certificates where they apply, Form 15CA and 15CB, and repatriation through your NRO account — coordinated with your chartered accountant rather than around them.
