What we do

We work across the real-estate lifecycle.

From identifying an opportunity to completing the transaction, WENS can participate wherever our experience and capabilities create value.

Capabilities

Six things we can bring to an opportunity.

Alone or in combination, depending on what the opportunity needs and what the other parties bring.

  • 01

    Acquire

Identify and acquire land and property opportunities.

  • 02

    Develop

Transform land and properties into viable residential and commercial developments.

  • 03

    Construct

Coordinate the planning, construction and execution required to bring projects to completion.

  • 04

    Market

Position properties and projects and bring them to the market.

  • 05

    Sell

Connect properties with buyers and take transactions toward closure.

  • 06

    Partner

Work with landowners, investors, developers, builders and other partners to structure and execute opportunities.

How it fits together

Five capabilities, one lifecycle.

These are not unrelated departments. Each runs into the next, and WENS can pick up an opportunity wherever it needs picking up.

01

Real estate opportunities

Every property starts with an opportunity.

WENS identifies and evaluates land, plots, properties and development opportunities on location, documentation, market conditions, development potential and commercial viability — then decides what can practically be done with them.

02

Development & construction

Turning land into value.

WENS develops real estate into marketable residential and commercial assets, working on its own projects and with landowners and partners. The objective is not simply to construct; it is to create a property that can be brought to market.

  • Land and plot development
  • Residential and commercial development
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Development approvals coordination
  • Construction and contractor coordination
  • Project execution

03

Marketing & sales

A project has to reach its market.

WENS markets and sells its own projects and selected third-party projects — positioning, digital marketing, lead generation, channel and direct sales, buyer engagement and transaction coordination.

04

Investment & partnerships

Capital and property, brought together.

Selected opportunities are structured with individual investors or with landowners and developers. Opportunities are discussed privately and one to one, never listed publicly.

  • Landowner partnership
  • Investor-backed development
  • Development and execution assignments

05

Advisory & execution

Understanding a property, and then moving it.

Advisory supports the rest rather than standing on its own. Where a property needs evaluating, a situation needs untangling or a decision needs making, WENS can look at it — and then coordinate the professionals and activity required to act on it.

  • Situation and problem assessment
  • Professional coordination
  • Documentation coordination
  • Transaction support

Development models

We don't use one fixed model.

Which one applies depends on the property, the parties and what each brings to it.

  • WENS-owned development

WENS acquires the property, develops it, markets it and sells it.

  • Landowner partnership

The landowner contributes the property and WENS provides development and execution capabilities under an agreed structure.

  • Investor-backed development

WENS and individual investors participate in selected real-estate opportunities under an agreed structure.

  • Development or execution assignment

A property owner or partner engages WENS to coordinate development and project execution.

How we work

From opportunity to outcome

Every property is different. Our approach adapts to the opportunity.

    Identify

We find or receive a real-estate opportunity.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

We understand the property, documentation, market and development potential.

  3. 03

    Structure

We determine the appropriate acquisition, development, partnership or sales approach.

  4. 04

    Execute

We coordinate the professionals, resources and activities required to move forward.

  5. 05

    Develop

Where applicable, we develop, construct and improve the property.

  6. 06

    Market

We position and promote the property or project.

  7. 07

    Sell

We bring the opportunity to the market and facilitate the transaction.

  8. 08

    Complete

The transaction or project reaches its intended outcome.

What we work with

From land to finished property.

The opportunity isn't always what the property looks like today. We look at what the property can become.

  • Raw land
  • Agricultural land
  • Open plots
  • Residential
  • Commercial
  • Development projects
The WENS network

We don't try to do everything ourselves.

Good real-estate execution requires different expertise. WENS works with an extended professional network, activated according to what an opportunity needs. These are associated professionals and execution partners, not WENS employees.

Common questions
  • What is WENS?

WENS is a real-estate opportunity and execution business. We identify, evaluate, acquire, structure, develop, construct, market and sell real-estate opportunities through different business arrangements.

Depending on the opportunity, WENS may work as an owner, developer, development partner, marketing partner, sales partner, execution partner, advisor or transaction facilitator.

  • Is WENS a real-estate developer?

Development is one of WENS's activities, but WENS is broader than a conventional developer.

WENS may acquire land, develop property, construct projects, partner with landowners, market third-party projects, facilitate property transactions and work with investors and other partners.

  • Does WENS only sell property?

No. WENS works across the real-estate lifecycle. This can include finding opportunities, property evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, marketing, sales, documentation coordination, partnerships, investment participation, advisory and transaction execution.
