04 / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Custody, compliance and reporting for owners who are not in Hyderabad.
What property management means at WENS.
Managing a property is incredibly hard when you are not living close enough. Someone has to walk the boundary, pay the tax, chase the tenant and keep the file. Most owners at a distance rely on a relative, and most of those arrangements quietly fail.
WENS takes that work as a service with a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a written report. Each client is assigned a named property manager, and every visit, payment and document is logged where the owner can see it.
