What development means at WENS.
WENS develops directly and in joint venture with landowners. The work runs from land assembly and approvals through infrastructure, sales and registration, with one team accountable across the whole sequence.
WENS is building its development platform through selected projects and partnerships rather than volume. The focus is plotted layouts and low-rise residential in corridors where infrastructure spend has been consistent and demand comes from end users rather than resale churn.

Land assembly
Aggregating contiguous parcels from multiple owners into a developable holding, working towards a single consolidated title, with the conveyancing handled by the relevant legal professionals.

Approvals and compliance
We work towards the HMDA or DTCP layout sanction, land conversion, RERA registration and the clearances a scheme requires, in coordination with the relevant technical and legal professionals. Approvals rest with the competent authorities, and the status of each is stated project by project.

Development management
Infrastructure, contractor selection, quality control and programme management against a published schedule.

Sales and handover
Pricing, release strategy, documentation, registration and post-registration support for every buyer.
